Yes, we do size and colour variations of any of our designs and can also build new designs that are just a little different from existing pieces.

There a a few ways to order one of our pieces: 1- Buy it online with credit. You will be prompted to indicate the number of items, the preferred wood species, the number of the handle or knob of your preference, and the stain colour. The number of the hardware as well as the stain color can be given at a later date. 2- Send an e-trasnfer. Ask for a quote at info@lifebythepond.com, accept it, and send over a 50% deposit to the same email address. 3- Pay over the phone or in person. Request a quote and pay with credit, either in full or a 50% deposit over the phone by calling Gaby at 9056995416, or in person at our workshop with debit or credit. 4- New designs. If you want us to build a new design, please contact Gaby at 9056995416. She will assist you from inquiry to placing the order. Do not worry about the colour of stain, or knobs & handles, you will have at least 4 weeks after placing the order to decide on details.

When you are buying an item with a quartz countertop, we calculate the price based on the length of your wood piece and a 3/4" thick and 22"D counter in Pure White. You will have at least 4 weeks to decide on other quartz colours, the thickness, whether you require one hole for the faucet or three, among other things. The price of the counter will likely be adjusted based on the colour you choose. Only after your order is placed If you are interested in seeing the quartz slabs in person, a visit can be arranged with our stone supplier. We just need one day notice to arrange the appointment. We do not accept refunds or returns except for defective items which will be repaired or replaced. This is because our products are made to order and built according to customer specifications. To make sure you are getting what you paid for we will send a sketch for your approval a few days before working on your project, and will also confirm the colour of your preference before staining the piece(s).

Not really. We can build your bathroom vanity without a countertop, with a quartz countertop, or with a wood countertop. You choose whatever works for you.
